This page will allow you to complete and print a Client Registration Agreement (CRA). Please complete the CRA online providing all requested information. When finished please print, sign and return to us by postal mail the CRA. If this is an immediate need situation we may request you fax us a signed copy of the Agreement. However, we will always require an original signed version by postal mail.
